Office:

Office hours are by appointment only. Email us if you would like to stop by so we can arrange to have someone in our office. When we are in the office we are teaching and will not be able to attend to you if we do not have enough instructors – we hope you understand.

Stopping by unannounced is not encouraged. Instructors are only able to answer basic questions usually directing you to our website for class information, dates, and registering. Instructors are not able to comment on rescheduling and cancellation – the only way to notify us is via email.

Email:

Email is the best means to contact us. Emails are usually returned the same day. However, many of us have multiple jobs and we are not always able to respond to emails but we are able to access emails 24 hours a day and we will respond as soon as possible.

Telephone / Phone:

Instructors carry our phone around with them throughout the day. This means that they could be teaching and unable to answer the phone when you call. We try to take all calls, but we are unable to when we are teaching.

Instructors are able to answer basic questions, often directing you to our website for class information and registration. Instructors are NOT able to comment on rescheduling and cancellation. As this needs to be done via email like all of our directions describe.

We cannot stress this enough, phone calls regarding attendance, rescheduling, and cancellation are unacceptable.

Voice Mail:

Voice mail’s are returned in the order they are received, often the next day – or two. We receive many calls daily and many leave voice mail. Our outgoing message suggests emailing us which we are often able to address same day.
Voice mails concerning cancelling and reschedule are not permitted. ALL correspondence regarding cancelling and rescheduling must be done via email – follow directions in your confirmation email.

Voice mails concerning cancelling and/or rescheduling are not able to be returned by the instructors carrying the business phone. Like all of our correspondence suggests, as well as the outgoing message on our phone, matters concerning cancelling and rescheduling MUST be done via email. This is to ensure prompt notification via email that is time stamped so both parties are aware of the date and time of the notification. We cannot stress this enough, phone calls regarding attendance, rescheduling, and cancellation are unacceptable.
